By Martha ButsekaI learnt about health and virginity testing. Dr Pamela Naidoo spoke to us about HIV/AIDS and boys who go to the bush for circumcision.
The delegates got into groups and discussed HIV/AIDS and virginity testing. We also discussed sex and how girls menstruate. Dr Naidoo also spoke about female circumcision, which is a reality in parts of Africa. The session was very informative, thank you from all the participants, Dr Naidoo!
